Dog Licenses

All dog licenses expire December 31st of each year. You can renew your dog license in person at the Town Hall with proof of rabies. Fees are either $20 or $10 for neutered or spayed pets. Late fees for licenses obtained after March 31st are an additional $20 each. If you chose to renew your license by mail you must include a self-addressed stamped envelope and include your rabies certificate. We will return your rabies certificate to you with the license.

Curbside Chipping
Curbside chipping is done every Wednesday in the months of
April, May, September and October.
(Weather permitting or the next available day).
Each residential parcel is allowed one pick-up each month (15 mins.).
You must call the Town Hall by Noon on the Tuesday before (451-2320).
You can also burn your brush between 4 p.m.-9 p.m.
or take it to Scotty's Landscape (3823 Enterprise Dr.)
BOARD MEETINGS

The Town Board meets regularly on the third Tuesday of each month beginning at
5:15 pm at the Town Hall.
The Plan Commission meets regularly on the first Tuesday of each month beginning at
5:15 pm at the Town Hall.
The Water and Sewer District meet the third Monday of each month beginning at
 4:00 pm at the Town Hall.

(These dates are subject to change with holidays or elections)

PARKING RULES
There is No Parking Allowed on Town Roads Between 12:00 a.m.-6:00 a.m.
This Applies to All Town Roads per Town Ordinance.  Violators Will Be Ticketed.

No Parking On Town Roads during SNOW EMERGENCIES.
Violators Will be Ticketed.

DROP BOX
There is a secure drop box located in front of the
Town Hall for any sewer
and/or water bills, etc.

We encourage you to use this option for making payments.






Residential Single Family Customers with Private Wells = $40.00 flat rate

Residential Single Family Customers on Town Water = $24.00 base rate and .00116 per gallon

Business Rate/Car Wash = $24.00 base rate and .0020 per gallon

Commercial, Industrial & Public Rate = $24.00 base rate and .0020 per gallon

WHEEL TAX
If you receive your vehicle license registration renewal and there is a wheel tax included you can cross out CITY of SHEBOYGAN and write TOWN of SHEBOYGAN and deduct $20.  If you already paid or paid electronically you can contact the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to get a refund of the wheel tax fees you paid.

Minimum Quarterly Charge Based on Meter Size:

5/8" meter = $23.88                    2" meter = $38.41

3/4" meter = $23.88                    3" meter = $49.47

1" meter = $26.78                       4" meter = $69.82

1-1/4" meter = $29.10                 6" meter = $93.10

​1-1/2" meter = $31.43

Plus Volume Charges:
First 4,000 gallons used each quarter = Minimum Charge Based on Meter Size
Over 4,000 gallons used each quarter = $2.44 per 1,000 gallons
Property Tax Collection

Property Taxes can be paid at the Town Hall:
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (CLOSED FRIDAYS)
No Cash Payments Can Be Accepted at the Town Hall.

Property Taxes can also be paid at any Wisconsin Bank & Trust
You must have your property tax bill to make a payment at the bank.
The bank can accept cash payments.

If you are due a refund, the bank can make your refund payment immediately.
(Expect Town Hall refund payments 7-14 days).

The Town Hall will be closed for the holidays on
Monday, December 25, 2017, Tuesday, December 26th, 2017 and Monday, January 1, 2018 and Tuesday January 2, 2018

Please remember that the drop box (located at the front of the Town Hall)
is a convenient way to drop off your taxes.  Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope and a receipt will be mailed to you.
