RECYCLING FEE

All tax parcels (except commercial properties) have a $52.00 charge listed as Recycling Special Assessment. This charge is for recycling services including, but not limited to, use of Scotty Landscape drop-off site for branches, leaves, etc.; use of the Town's chipping service during the months of April, May, September & October and disposal of weekly recycling picked up by Harter's. This annual charge is placed on tax bills to offset the rising cost of these services.
