Special Assessments

 
 The Town of Sheboygan charges $40.00 for special assessments. The Town must be notified 24 hours prior if the closing date changes. There will be a $20.00 administration fee to re-process a closed account. Please provide the following with a special assessment request:

•   Present Owners Names
•    Address
•    Tax Key Number/ Parcel number 
•    Sellers Forwarding Address for Final Utility Bill

 Please mail your request with a check for $40.00 to the Town of Sheboygan, 4020 Technology Parkway, Sheboygan, WI 53083
 
A voluntary Clearwater Inspection can be scheduled by calling the Town Hall at 920.451.2320
