2022 Board of Review
Date: Monday, May 23, 2022
Time: 1:00 pm (There will be a two-hour minimum)
Place: 4020 Technology Parkway (The New Town Hall)
The 2018 ratio of assessed value to equalized value was 0.919513373%
Section 70.05(5)(d) of Wisconsin Statutes requires that the assessed value of each class of property must be within 10% of the full value of the property at least once during the four-year period consisting of the current year and the three previous years. The reassessment was completed in 2010.
